Products and images
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look different
depending on your screen, and packaging may vary slightly.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, run promotions, or
discontinue a product at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that
appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If we cancel your order,
you'll receive a full refund.
Payment
Payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store
your full card details.
Eye protection disclaimer
Our sunglasses are designed for everyday sun protection. They are not
prescription eyewear, safety goggles, or medical devices. They are not
intended for looking directly at the sun or a solar eclipse, or for
activities requiring certified protective eyewear.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim
relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The content on this site — text, images, and design — belongs to
Pellora and may not be copied or reused without permission.
