SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET may begin processing the
next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within [4–8] business days. Total time
from order to doorstep is typically [5–11] business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If
you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, and we'll look into it.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can push delivery past our
estimates. These estimates are not guarantees. If your order is
significantly late, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a
package once it's shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered
to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with
neighbors and your building first, then email us. If it arrives damaged,
send us a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
